Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Please note that our returns, refunds and cancellations policy only applies to orders placed online via www.sincerefloral.co.uk. For more information regarding returning items that you purchased by telephone or in person, please contact our office on 01200422488.
If you are not happy with a carton of stock that you have received you can return it to us. Please note that the terms of which these will be accepted under will vary depending on the time-frame of when the items are being returned to us, listed below are the terms and conditions for returns.
Within 14 Days
You can return your whole or part of your order placed online to us for a full refund providing you have informed us, and the goods have been received by us within 14 calendar days. This will start from the day after the order was delivered, and all stock must be in a saleable condition and in original packaging. Within this time-frame you will be eligible for a full refund of the stock being returned. If the item is returned within 7 days, you will also be eligible for a refund of the delivery costs. The cost of returning the product to us will be born by you unless the item is faulty.
Where items are faulty
Please send an image of the faulty product/products to firstname.lastname@example.org We will then decide whether or not to collect the damaged stock or ask you to dispose of it in whatever manner you wish. We will then credit you for the faulty goods.
Returning to us directly
If you wish to return an item to us yourself then please contact us on 01200 422488 to arrange.
Once we’ve received your item(s) and you have paid by debit or credit card, a member of our team will be in touch to refund your card. Depending on the card issuer it may take up to 5 days for the refund to show in your account. If you have paid using PayPal we won’t contact you we’ll just credit your PayPal account.
